In order to ensure the highest customer satisfaction, we use a three-step process to make sure everything is just right. Therefore, unless our products have manufacturing defects we cannot except returns. This is why it is extremely important that you make sure your imprint is correct and that any art you submit is converted to curves (so that fonts do not change) and it is exactly what you want. We cannot resell an item that has been personalized to your requirements. There are absolutely no returns after 30 days of reception of your order. We may call you if there is any ambiguity about your order. |
