| Claims must be made within 8 days of receipt of a shipment. Claims for freight adjustment, breakage, printing, shipment of wrong merchandise, or delays must be filed within 8 days of receipt. Return merchandise must have a authorization from the factory. We reserve the right to inspect items from the actual production run before processing any complaints or disputes. |
