Relax, we've got you covered. We have a cadre of seasoned graphic artists--in house--ready to recreate your logo or add whatever else you need for your items in the top-quality format required by printers. The charge is $45.00 per hour and most logos can be recreated in less than one hour. You might also consider asking your graphic designer for a copy (saved in the appropriate format) of the original, non web version of your logo.

We can not accept .jpg, .gif, .doc word files, or any other low resolution format (Word .doc files are OK if you are printing typeset or regular text only.)

We accept files via our "File Upload Form, e-mail, on 3.5" floppy disks, 100MB Zip disks, CD-ROMs. We prefer using our file upload form to minimize any possible quality loss.
